D. Yale Sage, III
Yale Sage is President and Chairman of the Board of the Company. Prior to founding APH, Sage was CEO of Carelink, a physician housecalls business. Over the past twenty-five years, Sage has served in senior management in a variety of Investment Banking, Venture Capital and corporate operating positions.

Kirk R. Short
Mr. Short is the Executive Vice-President of the Company and prior to joining APH, Short was President of Claridge Health Partners, LP. Prior to entering the physician housecalls business, Mr. Short worked as a manager and strategic clinical developer of rehabilitation programs in both inpatient and outpatient facilities. He has a degree in occupational therapy from Texas Woman's University and completed post-graduate work in biomechanics and motor-learning at Texas A&M University, College Station.

Christopher L. McAdam
Mr. McAdam is Senior Vice-President of Operations and is responsible for all aspects of the operations for the company. Prior to joining APH, Mr. McAdam served in various operational roles in several industries, including responsibility for regional distribution and installation over seven states for satellite television provider, DISH Network. Over his twenty-five career, Mr. McAdam has also helped organize and/or operate early stage ventures in the video rental, government contracting, and retail sectors.

John Brobjorg, CMA
Mr. Brobjorg is a Vice-President and Corporate Controller for the Company. Prior to joining APH, Mr. Brobjorg served in senior-level accounting positions and related financial management and control positions in the clinical laboratory, high-tech, manufacturing, energy, and consulting industries with RG America, Probex Corp., Praxair, Corning Clinical Laboratories, Convex Computers, and Amsoil. Mr. Brobjorg holds a CMA designation as well as a MBA in International Business from the University of Texas.

Sheila Halcrow, LVN Mrs. Halcrow serves as Vice-President of Clinical and Diagnostic Operations for the company. Prior to joining APH, Mrs. Halcrow held the position of Clinical Manager at Carelink for two years and also was the Branch Manager for the Dallas office of a large, national house call practice. She has been a Licensed Vocational Nurse since 1995 and has spent ten years in management. Mrs. Halcrow has worked exclusively in the house call business for the last five years.

LeeAnn Rewey
Ms. Rewey is Vice-President of Operations and is responsible for all billing and collections as well as related Medicare compliance for the Company. In her extensive career, Ms. Rewey has owned and operated private billing service comapnies supporting a wide range of medical providers, worked as an independent Medical consultant, and has taught medical billing classes across the country. Ms. Rewey previously worked with both Mr. Sage and Mr. Short at CareLink insuring Medicare compliance, credentialing, and billing/collections.

Samantha L Nunez
Ms. Nunez directs all aspects of the Electronic Medical Record system(EMR) that is used by the entire office and field staff of the company. She also manages the Transcription Department. All training and support for the EMR is coordinated by Ms. Nunez. She has a background in Management Training as well as Billing and Collections for many medical specialties. Ms. Nunez is pursuing certification as a medical coder.

Lacy Shelton
Ms. Shelton serves as Vice-President of Service Coordination for APH. After serving the company in capacities ranging from Intake Coordination to Director of Business Development, Ms. Shelton was promoted to her present position and is responsible for coordination of all patient intake and managing the scheduling for all APH providers.

Eric Butler
Mr. Butler is the Director of Professional Recruitment and Development for the Company. He has been with APH since its inception after spending over ten years recruiting executives with Fortune 500 companies for the top level recruiting firm, MRI (Management Recruiters International). After becoming one of MRI's top recruiters, Mr. Butler left to establish his own recruiting firm before joining APH in 2006. He is responsible for all of the recruiting efforts of the Company.
