Dalton L. Rhea, M.D
Board Certified in Family Practice
Dr. Rhea graduated from The University of Texas at Galveston Medical School and completed his internship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. After running a successful private practice in Arlington, TX for many years, Dr. Rhea served as chairman of the Foundation for Aid to Russia from 1994-1999 and made several trips to Russia as a medical missionary.

In his 33 years of practicing medicine he has been selected for: Inclusion to Guide to Top Doctors for Tarrant/Dallas County by the Center for the Study of Services in 1999, Inclusion to “Tarrant County’s Top Doctors” in the City Magazine in 2002, and the “Spirit of Healthcare” award by Medical Center of Arlington in 2004. Dr. Rhea is also a member of American Academy of Family Practice. He currently resides in Arlington, Tx with his wife of 40 years. They have two children and three grandchildren.

 
Robert N. Silva, M.D.
Dr. Silva graduated from Columbia Union College in Takoma Park, Maryland with a B.A degree in Theology and Psychology. He also holds a B.D degree in Systematic Theology and Counseling. Dr. Silva graduated 5th in his class from Medical school and has been practicing medicine in the Dallas/Fort Worth area  for 23 years. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association and the Dallas county Medical Society. Dr. Silva is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
 
Ivory Garrett- Price, M.D.
Dr. Garrett-Price is a graduate of the University of Houston with a B.S degree in Biology. He received a degree in Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Garrett-Price completed his residency at St. Paul hospital in Dallas, Texas and his internship at Martin Luther King Jr. hospital in Los Angeles, California. He has over 25 years experience in medicine, as well as experience treating the senior population in the home setting. Dr. Garrett-Price currently resides in Desoto, Texas with his wife of 28 years.

Dr. Sarah Spreda-PhD
Psychologist
Sarah Spreda, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist in practice in the state of Texas. Dr. Spreda received her undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She obtained her Master and Doctoral degrees in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Multicultural Counseling emphasis. Dr. Spreda has served as President of the Collin County Psychological Association and continues to serves on the Executive Board.  She is also a Member of the American Psychological Association. 

She has previously worked as a Staff Psychologist for Senior Connections and Staff Psychologist and Program Director of the Learning & Academic Skills Center at the University of Minnesota at the Counseling and Consulting Services Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Dr. Spreda has experie nce treating depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, couples, aging issues, and career development and exploration, workplace issues, and leading clinical groups.  Most recently, she has been working with the elderly population serving a variety of mental health needs that are unique to this population.
